Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tamakijewel@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. An unboxing video showing the package being opened is required. Requests without it will not be eligible for resolution. We’ll assist you promptly.
